Through the town of Loket, 10 km away from Karlovy Vary, lead bicycle paths, but too it is possible to go on a boat trip or a walk along a nature trail along the Ohre River. 

The local castle Loket, which hides the underground, including a torture chamber and a dragon guarding the bottom of the castle tower, was also the scene of several films, such as the Rafters. Traditionally, at Christmas it is associated with markets and performances of old crafts and folk art.
